We accept retail CDs and DVDs. We do not accept PC games, bootlegs, burned media (CD-Rs, DVD-Rs), or items in poor condition (deep scratches, missing inserts). All items must include their original cases and artwork.

If items do not meet our condition guidelines, they will be rejected. You can choose to have them returned to you (at your cost for shipping) or we will safely recycle them for you.

Yes! We provide a 100% free prepaid USPS shipping label for every accepted order. There are no hidden deductions from your payout.

For a small number of items, a padded bubble mailer works best. For larger orders, use a sturdy cardboard box and fill empty spaces with newspaper or bubble wrap to prevent cases from cracking during transit.

No! You can either print the label at home, or show the digital QR code / PDF from your phone at any USPS counter and they will print it for free.

We process payments within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting your items. You will receive an email notification as soon as your payout is issued.

We currently offer payouts via Venmo and PayPal. You can securely link your preferred payout method during the checkout process.
