See exactly what we can and cannot accept to guarantee your payout.

⚠️ CRITICAL RULE: We do NOT accept "disc-only" items. The original case and original artwork MUST be included for every CD or DVD you send us, otherwise the item will be rejected.

Like New / Mint Accepted

Perfect or Near Perfect

These items look like they were just taken out of the shrink wrap. The disc is flawless and the case is fully intact.

  • No scratches or scuffs on the disc
  • Original case is not cracked or broken
  • All original cover art and inserts are included
  • No stickers, residue, or writing on the artwork

Good / Used Accepted

Normal Wear and Tear

We absolutely accept used items with normal wear, as long as they still play perfectly without skipping.

  • Light surface scuffs or minor scratches that don't affect playback
  • Minor wear on the case (light scratches on the plastic)
  • Original artwork is included but might have slight edge wear

Unacceptable Rejected

Severely Damaged or Incomplete

Items in this condition cannot be refurbished or resold, and will be rejected upon inspection.

  • Deep gouges or scratches that cause skipping
  • Missing original case, artwork, or inserts
  • Severe water damage to the cover art
  • Bootlegs, burned copies (CD-R, DVD-R), or ex-library copies
